COTIZACIONES

Nuestros precios en productos son basados en nuestro inventario en existencia, debido a esto, las propuestas emitidas por Cogency Tech tiene un tiempo d e vigencia no mayor a 10 días o hasta agotar existencia.

Para poder asegurar su compra, deberá realizar un adelanto del 60% del total de lo cotizado en la moneda de su preferencia considerando la tasa cambiaria del banco Popular Dominicano. Luego de realizado debe remitir el comprobante a [email protected] referenciando el número de cotización a la cual se le está haciendo el abono. El restante del pago será realizado según los términos de pago reflejados en el documento de cotización.

FACTURACION

Nuestra facturación es 100% digital, de necesitar este documento físico, favor solicitarlo vía mensajería electrónica al [email protected] o directo con su ejecutivo de cuenta.

PAGOS

***A considerar*** Al momento de efectuar su pago, favor coloque como referencia el/los número/s de factura/s que está pagando, remitar este/os via correo [email protected] y solicite su comprobante de avance o saldo de factura a su representante de servicios asignado. 

POLITICA DE GARANTIA Y EQUIPOS Y SERVICIOS

El cliente es responsable de certificar que los servicios prestados o equipos recibidos, cuentan con las características y condiciones físicas y de funcionamiento ofertadas por su vendedor, así como procurar su conduce de recibido conforme. Nuestros servicios tienen garantía de 3 días calendario para ser probados e identificar cualquier incongruencias en lo cotizado y lo entregado, nuestro equipo de ingenieros estará agendando una cita a la mayor brevedad posible según disponibilidad. 

Nuestra garantía en equipos es de 11 meses calendario, para aquellos que no cuentan con una garantía extendida de servicio en hardware. Las garantías son ejecutadas por fábrica y nosotros servimos de puente para recibir el equipo y canalizar su reparación o cambio, según amerite el caso.

 Los costos de importacion corren por parte del cliente.

  1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
  2. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Cogency Tech reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Cogency Tech will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Cogency Tech reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Cogency Tech become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Cogency Tech in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  5. Cogency Tech undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Cogency Tech cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  6. In order for it to be admissible, Cogency Tech must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Dominican Republic law.
